Alice H Wong, RN
Alice is a wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable nurse who listened and communicated well with both the patient and family. She understood that as the patient is a partial quadriplegic for over 25 years, his body might respond differently than an able-bodied patient. She asked questions and wanted to learn more about his routine. When his fever spiked to over 105 she did not pass his care on to a tech but took the lead in cooling him as quickly as possible. She was very professional and respectful.
