Alice has been working with us for a while and I see her growing as a critical nurse and leader. The patients and families always describe her as patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

On Friday, Alice was assigned to three patients, two of them were about to be extubated and to receive comfort care after. Alice was very busy that day, but always taking care of her patients with a lot of compassion and in a very professional manner.
One of the patient's family members came to me and stated, "She is amazing; she touched our hearts and comforted our spirits during the darkest moment of our lives. She made our mom comfortable. She honored her dying wishes." Alice is a valued member of our team. We thank her for being the amazing nurse she is.
