I was a patient who hadn't slept or eaten in two days, going through alcohol withdrawals, and was having issues with medications. Nurse Ting took the time to come talk to me. She explained that the doctor could not change the medication; however, through Nurse Ting's persistence and care for my deteriorating condition, she was able to figure out a solution and she was able to help me sleep throughout the night for two nights of her taking care of me. Nurse Ting showed the utmost professionalism and care.
