I have worked with Alice for 13 years, and she has always displayed a caring attitude. She transitions into many roles as needed on the unit: direct care, admit/discharge nurse, patient liaison, and charge nurse. Alice is a great team player and ready to help when needed. She has developed skills checklists for nursing education, and other reminder tools for the nurses to utilize during their shift.

Recently, Alice assisted a patient with a timely discharge by addressing their home care needs early during the hospitalization. She collaborated with Case Management and we were able to provide proper services at the time of the regularly scheduled discharge.
