Genuine. EXTRAordinary! An outlier amongst her peers! My saving grace during one of the most difficult times in my life. I felt so vulnerable and weak the day I was admitted. I needed someone to show me genuine compassion, someone I could put my trust in. Someone who saw me as an “individual (a human being), not just another name on a chart. Alice not only listened to me, but she also HEARD me and it showed - because she knew EXACTLY what I needed, every step along the way. I can only describe the compassion and empathy she has shown to me, as genuine and “motherly”. She is absolutely dedicated to providing UNCOMPROMISED, QUALITY CARE! (with so much passion), to EVERY SINGLE PATIENT under her care. I will NEVER forget the significant difference that Alice made for me. She deserves recognition for making a difference EVERY, single day. Thank you! Thank you!
