Aliceon Calta, RN

We would like to bring your attention to your nurse Aliceon Calta. My husband was in ICU after open heart surgery. He doesn’t remember much but I will never forget, when the alarms went off Aliceon was right there. She worked with knowledge and speed and deep concern to correct the problem after there was a reassuring smile and explanation. I noticed how well her team worked with her and responded when needed. She is a great team lead!

Days later, my husband ended up back in the hospital and when I went to visit him, Aliceon greeted me with a “Hi T, do you remember me? Your husband was my patient in ICU.” That warm and friendly smile melted my worries away. Once again, Aliceon was there working tirelessly, skillfully, and always with a caring attitude. Aliceon was on a new floor with a new team, but again they all worked together like clockwork! It gives me great pleasure and hope to nominate Aliceon for the DAISY Award!
