By pure coincidence, Alicia has had many difficult cases; with patients with animals, bugs, complaince issues, and has taken it with stride. No complaints have left her mouth, she doesn't make her cases public & always looks for the good in these cases. She has had to perform care that some wouldn't consider doing as RNs, and doesn't show anything but integrity and shows the patients compassion. She goes above & beyond without needing acknowledgment, but deserves it.
