I am currently at the hospital recovering from knee surgery. Mrs. Banks has literally gone out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as she could. I really mean it. I am very impressed and I wanted to let the hospital know. She is very professional and knows how to deal with people who need help. I am really grateful for everything she helped with. I would like to thank the hospital for having her here in my time of need.
