We came into ER Saturday night 7:00 PM. My husband was having issues. We weren’t there one minute and Alicia came out to the lobby with a wheelchair and took him back. She was extremely attentive – and explained all the issues and medicines that were given. She came to the room every 10 minutes to check on him. Whenever we asked about something if she didn’t know the answer, she would check the computer and even print our info for us. She called pharmacy and walked down to pick up meds. When the Dr. came into the room to talk to us, she even thanked the doctor. She was efficient and very knowledgeable. She made it a pleasurable event for the circumstances. I’d ask for her again. You could tell she loves what she does, helping people. She said, if you continue to have problems, please come back. It takes a special person to be a nurse – you can tell she is that special person. The lady who checked us in was also very, very nice and concerned. We love the Prescott VA.
