My husband was in your hospital for 5 days. All the staff was wonderful however there was one nurse that captured our heart. She worked the night shift. Her name is Alicia. Alicia was so sensitive to not only my husband's needs but also to my needs as his wife. She provided excellent care as well as compassion and sensitivity. She provided so much more than just professional and excellent health care. She touched our lives with kindness, gentleness, and genuine concern. Alicia helped to make a difficult situation better and that is what health care is all about. We looked forward to seeing her gentle and kind smile every evening. In our eyes, Alicia is not only a model nurse but a model person as well. We love you, Alicia.
