Alicia is the embodiment of a leader and a true friend. She is approachable and professional which is a feat that is near impossible to master. She provides education for all 39 (and growing) clinics for CentraCare and does so with ease. She is always willing to support someone with their needs and questions even when her plate is entirely full. I aspire to be half the nurse Alicia is. She is CentraCare's mission, vision, and values.
