Alicia is a blessing to the nursing profession. They epitomize what a nurse should be. This nurse has a passion for their job, connects with their patients, and offers empathy to those who need it. This nurse is fun, energetic, and engaging. Their bedside manner is excellent and they were attentive to all of my needs. This nurse won me over when my roommate was complaining loudly about the treatment he was receiving. This nurse listened to him attentively and apologized for the service and care that he felt he wasn't getting. By the time the patient finished complaining, he was smiling and thanking this nurse for listening. This nurse is the best! She was very pleasant to see each morning when I woke.

At one point, I was overwhelmed with needles and other things and she spoke softly and helped me through. She was very thoughtful of my needs. She seemed to check in even when it was not time for anything, just to see if I was okay. I believe she is a significant asset to this team and she brings a sense of caring. Her presence made the difference in my stay
