Alicia went above and beyond all areas. She made the family feel very comfortable when we were worried and scared. She always was extremely attentive and never made us feel rushed or that she didn't have time for us or for our questions. She took extremely great care of our family member and his needs. She always did extra when he was critical. As far as trust, the ultimatum, I could leave and go have dinner or sleep and I knew he had the best care. Alicia was very forthcoming with knowledge for what he was going through and she took time to explain to him and to the family any concerns no matter how many times we asked. She is truly in the right profession and God has blessed us and any patient who has the honor of having Alicia as their nurse. Thank you for honoring her she truly is a role model.
