Alicia Jackson, RN
Alicia went above and beyond to get a non-English speaking patient connected to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital camera so she could see her newborn, premature baby. This required setting up an email account for her. This was not her patient, but she spent time on this, a great example of humankindness!
