Alicia was recently recognized for going above and beyond to make a patient comfortable. He was growing quite restless and uncomfortable during his hospital stay. Alicia did everything she could to improve his comfort and make his stay more enjoyable while he was ill. Sometimes all he needed was a warm blanket and she was always right there, anticipating his needs.
