There are certain people you come across and their line of work, you immediately know that was their calling, this is exactly where they are meant to be. For me, that was Alicia. She consistently took the time to listen and ensure that I felt valued and heard. Her ability to provide comfort during difficult moments is unparalleled, whether through her gentle touch, kind words or by simply being present. Alicia created a supportive environment that fostered healing. A standout example of her compassionate care occurred when my blood pressure kept rising, there were people in the room, and I was very overwhelmed. She exemplified an unwavering commitment to not only treating patients but also caring for their emotional and psychological well-being. Thank you, Alicia.
