Alicia is an amazing nurse and an extremely special person. Not only are her clinical skills excellent but her compassion is outstanding. As I write this she is working with the chaplain to arrange a baptism for a critically ill, dying baby. This is the second time in three days she has arranged such a baptism. The peace that this has brought each family is indescribable. Alicia truly is extending the healing ministry of Christ by thinking of this special moment in the child's life. I am fortunate to work with Alicia, as we all are, and to have her as part of our FHFC team.
