Alicia L Hilbelink, RN

Alicia was with my dad for several days in a row. She always had a smile on her face and a great attitude. Alicia also was professional with her job. It was the perfect combination of skills. She listened, understood, asked, laughed, smiled, and so much more. As the daughter of the patient and there for over a week, I felt I could ask anything, and she was willing to help. It was a long haul for my dad, and so many staff members were helpful. I just felt Alicia went above and beyond to make us all feel patient and family like we mattered, and that she truly cared about the whole patient. The days were long, but she made them seem short and gave a ray of hope and sunshine. Felt like family with her when it was all said and done. It was hard for my dad, but she made it easier.
