Alicia Manconi, RN

Alicia is a gentle soul who provides compassion to everyone she meets. She arrives early to meet our pediatric patients to calm their fears and make a connection with them. Frequently, you can see her on a stretcher with them coloring or singing silly songs. You can hear her asking as she rolls them down the hall, "Can I tickle your toes?" or sing some silly song or various other comments to provide a distraction during this fearful time. Alicia not only has compassion for her patients but also for her coworkers.
