Alicia Markham, RN

I was admitted late in the night, and my wife had gone home for the day. I am 84 years old, hard of hearing, and struggle with anxiety as my medical conditions are progressing. I woke up early in the morning and was disoriented and very anxious. Alicia came in to talk with me. She sat beside me and spent the next 45 minutes reorienting me and alleviating my concerns.
