I had major surgery and I am progressing without difficulty. The Nursing staff in recovery were exceptional. I was placed in a lovely private room, under the care of Alicia. She was phenomenal and was in with me every hour. I appreciate the great care I was given. Alicia made sure I understood my discharge plan. I was visited by discharge planning nurse, and by a pharmacist to reinforce my home care. My experience with Cleveland left me feeling that I and my family can turn to you for all our medical needs.
