Alicia is simply amazing! After 15 years in healthcare I know a good nurse when I see them. Alicia went above and beyond with my grandma’s wound care! She is very knowledgeable in her field! Not only did she find the right dressing to help with healing but she does a phenomenal job explaining each step! She is enthusiastic and truly cares about a patients well being as a whole!
