Alicia was appropriately persistent in contacting me about a patient's status. The patient was rapidly declining. Many nurses would hesitate to call me more than once in a row, but Alicia advocated for her patient. Then, we decided together as her treatment team that she needed fast appropriate action with an emergency c-section. Alicia rallied the team to get the patient the treatment she definitely needed in a very timely manner. I am proud to work with Alicia.
