Alicia Phillips, BSN, RN

Alicia has been a part of my team for as long as I can remember. Every time I am in, whether or not she is my nurse, she goes out of her way to make sure I am comfortable. She always gives me a hug, whether it is a good day or a bad day, and always makes me smile and laugh. Having her as a nurse, I always know she will advocate for me when I feel like I am not being heard by the different teams. Alicia also always makes sure that not only am I okay, but my family is as well. Alicia is truly one of the greatest nurses and deserves this award more than anyone. She is kind, caring, compassionate, funny, hardworking, and, overall, an outstanding person. Alicia is a rockstar.
