Alicia has been my nurse every day that she worked that I was here. Alicia was always on top of giving me my meds and asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I asked Alicia if I was able to get out of bed and walk around the room or around the floor. Alicia went and got me a portable oxygen tank so I could go for a walk and get out of the room. She explained to me, "If you get tired, dizzy, or anything to just sit or stand and call for help."
My oxygen was empty, and she went and called to make sure I could still walk. I was having accidents and I would apologize because I felt bad asking for help getting cleaned up. She would always tell me that there was no need to apologize, things sometimes happen. Alicia was the greatest nurse I ever had.
