Alicia was very knowledgeable in my son's care. She never lost focus on what she needed to do for my son. I felt extremely at peace, when she was caring for my son. She also went the extra mile and ensured that not only my son was cared for, as well as, including me by asking if I was; "Ok! How can I help you?"

Alicia is truly a team player and all her patients have nothing to say but positive things about Alicia. I've noticed Alicia to be a hard worker who cares about the patient she provides care for. Never have I heard Alicia complain about her assignment. She always works quietly and asks for help if and when she needed help. But most of all, her patients love her. It's a blessing to have nurses who care and take time to explain, and make their patients feel comfortable and safe in their situation.
