She was just so down-to-earth and loving. She made sure to just talk to us and made us feel so comfortable. From the very first moment we met, she was just so loving. She didn't just do her job, she made us feel like we were her top priority, taking the time to genuinely connect with us, her warmth and kindness were evident in everything she did, from offering reassurance during stressful moments to sitting down and talking to us when we needed comfort. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in what could have been such a frightening and uncertain time. Her ability to listen and make us feel heard made us feel so special. It made all the difference in our experience. I'll always remember how she made sure we were not only physically cared for but emotionally supported as well. Her presence was a true source of peace, and I can't express enough how much her thoughtful, loving nature meant to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being such a wonderful, compassionate nurse.
