From the first moment we met, I knew I would love her. Alicia has a welcoming smile, kind heart, and outgoing personality. She was always so sweet and gentle with M. She did his foot and hand prints when I asked her and even when she was not assigned to us she came to check on us. One day, in particular, Alicia wasn't assigned to us but as usual, she stopped in to check on us and she literally saved M's life. He had stopped breathing while I was nursing him. She quickly sprang into action and when her attempts to stimulate him didn't get him breathing she called for help and she and the team resuscitated him and brought him back to me. I will forever be grateful for Alicia's quick and calm reaction.
