Not only did Alicia Shaffer go above and beyond average standards during my whole stay, she took extremely good care of me and showed more compassion, excellence, service and dignity than expected and impressed me. I could give more than several examples when she clearly met the criteria for this award, she showed example for every criteria. One example I'm thankful for was when she walked through pain with me helping me breathe and not tense my muscles while explaining how both things calmed down to ease the pain. She impressed me with so much more than this example. This made my stay better than just average.
