Alicia was a wonderful nurse. She was so sweet and helpful. She always made sure that all of my needs were met! And that's much appreciated. Not only did she take care of my physical needs - but she took extra time to comfort me emotionally when my 9-year-old cat died while I was admitted. I was alone - because there's a "no visitor" policy in place because of COVID-19. When Alicia found out about my cat, she brought me a box Kleenex and she held my hand as I just cried. My pets are the only kids I'll ever be able to have and I was just devastated when Lucy died. Alicia lifted me up emotionally and was a Wonderful Nurse! Thanks from the bottom of my heart!
