Alicia has led several initiatives specific to our Behavioral Health patient population including standardized handoff and resources for frontline staff. Alicia has contributed to our initiatives for employee safety by implementing a different type of patient restraint and partnering with security to maintain our Code BERT (Behavioral Emergency Response Team) program.
For her own team, Alicia goes above and beyond to make sure every staff member on our floor feels heard, constantly asking for feedback to make sure each staff member isn’t overwhelmed or frustrated. She consistently takes opportunities to educate and learn from mistakes. Ali is a great peer to her fellow managers.
