Alicia Troy, RN

I work on 4 North. I had to bring my four-year old into the ED because she was dehydrated, an not feeling well. All the staff were great. Alicia was the main nurse, and she was calm and sweet with my daughter. She took her time and spoke to my daughter so that she would be able to understand. After we were discharged, she walked my daughter around the ED as promised. She walked us out. She made sure we had no questions. She treated my daughter as family.
