Alimamy Kai-Kai is a compassionate nurse. He shows great patience, even with the most difficult of patients. He is heard repeating the same information to the same patient multiple times, and there is never frustration or annoyance in his voice at having to repeat himself. It is as if he is telling them for the first time. He partners with his patient to achieve the best for them. He works well with the patients to provide safe quality care. He is a support to his peers and is available to assist them as a resource for skills. He will be there to assist as needed, whenever he is asked. He is also willing to pick up extra shift if in need. We are very fortunate to have Alimamy Kai-Kai as a part of the Medical Nursing Team on the 6th floor.
