Alina Garcia had a patient whose significant other was blind and needed help getting to and from the unit. Despite being incredibly busy already with her other patients, Alina took the time to hand-escort this man by walking him back downstairs and helping guide him where to go, in which direction once outside. It would have been easier for Alina to simply put in for transport, but she didn't want the family member to have to wait, so she took that extra step of kindness, and the patient/spouse were so grateful to her.
