We have often struggled over the 24 years with our precious preemie boy, and it is a rare person who finds it in their heart to come down to his level and explain with kindness and compassion and in simplified words what is happening to my scared special needs boy! The eye contact Alisa gave and the soft kindness with which she spoke gave such immediate comfort to him. She treated him with absolute respect and met every need he had during his near-death pneumonia and septic crisis! We are so grateful for the professionalism and complete and honest goodness she radiated from the very start!
