While all of the employees were so kind and caring including the young lady that admitted me to the Anesthesiologist, to the nurse that assisted in the operating room and of course, my talented doctor, the prep nurse, Alisa helped me beyond explanation to calm down and relax prior to the surgery. I was extremely anxious about the excision on my lower lip. I know my blood pressure was much higher than normal, my fingers were actually trembling a bit, and my respiration was high. She was so pleasant and engaging. She explained what would happen and reassured me that I was in the best hands ever. She mixed in conversations about bees and butterflies, both of which are interesting hobbies of mine. She put my wife at ease as she went about her duties to get me ready for the procedure. She interjected just enough humor to distract me from my anxious mindset. Unfortunately, she had left for the evening by the time I recovered from anesthesia. I would have loved to thank her X10 for her excellent care.
