Alisa Webber, RN II

Alisa took the time to be sure that I understood what was going on. I am deaf and read lips to communicate normally but with COVID masks everywhere make that a challenge. She made sure that every person I interacted with from my arrival until when I left understood and had a notepad ready for everyone to use with me. That was a show of her compassionate side. She was extremely capable in all the care she gave me as well as following up with the doctor during my 7-hour ER visit. Alisa was above and beyond approach to everything that I saw. Professional, compassionate, nurturing, patient, understanding, informative, and a genuinely nice person. I am fortunate that if I had to be in the ER she was there as my nurse. Thank you, Alisa, for everything.
