I had a bad day today, pain & heath wise. I've always liked Alisa. She knows what she is doing. Today she has just been kind.

It means a lot when you ring and the nurse comes right away, which she does, and has done today. The room lights up for me when she comes in. It goes a long way when you are ill. It has helped me manage today and not cry because of the pain.

It is so appreciated.

She's a keeper. You just feel all will be better and feel more secure with her.
