At 34, my fiancée suffered a devastating stroke. She was in ICU for 3 weeks and required multiple surgeries. Her family and I were very impressed with Alisha's medical skill and competence. Beyond that, she connected with my fiancée with a level of friendship that felt as genuine as those outside the hospital setting. She was so patient and attentive, and hearing her and my fiancée joke around brightened up some of our darkest days. She knew she loved dogs and went out of her way to arrange a therapy dog visit, her eyes just lit up! Another way that she went above and beyond was by helping us expedite the establishment of a medical POA. This was paramount in ensuring her safety throughout her medical journey.
