I came into the ER at 6 am with heart attack symptoms. I have never had a young lady who was so perfectly suited to her job. She is more than attentive and caring, she connects with her patients. I watched her with her colleagues and she had the same almost spiritual connections. This young woman is the prime example of what a nurse should be. Very professional but seems to gauge each person's level of humor, compassion, or seriousness they need.

If there were a "perfect" nurse, it would certainly be Alisha. She really stands out and doesn't hide her heart, her compassion, or her beautiful shine. She adds so much to the environment. I just kept thinking all day that this nurse is really the embodiment of what not only an exceptional nurse is to be, but also an exceptional young lady. Ya'll need to recognize not only intelligence and job skills, but the humanity, care, and love a nurse gives. Not only to some patients but all!
