I woke well past the usual time I normally request pain meds. Alicia got me my meds and checked on me about every 30 minutes to see how I was. She cleaned off my table and cleared all the trash, had ice cubes and water, recommended meds that I had listed as prn meds from home to help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Her compassionate care is the reason I chose Franklin Woods. She was wonderful!
