Students consistently state that she demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching and the nursing profession. Students commented that Alison consistently goes above and beyond when teaching her students. She always makes time to answer questions and ensures all students understand their patient assignments. In addition, she comes to clinical each day with a smile on her face, greeting students and making sure everyone knows how much she cares. One student comments, " She is an exceptional instructor and person. She makes everyone feel loved and is our biggest fan of every accomplishment we make (big or small). She has encouraged me to work hard and believe in myself. She has always offered fantastic advice and helped me throughout the program. She is one of the most selfless individuals I have ever met and only wants to see her students succeed. I push myself to be a better student, learn all of the information that I can, and really dig deep into the subject. I have never had a teacher who encouraged me to push myself as Allison did. "
