Alison was concerned about her discharging patient who was scared to go home. After reviewing the discharge paperwork, Alison agreed to call the patient once she'd been home a few hours to check up on her. Three hours later, she called that patient at home - comforting the patient. This is just one example of what makes Alison an excellent RN.
