Ali Dyer is a rare person who consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. She treats all patients and her CCU colleagues with loving kindness. A patient's family nominated Ali for the DAISY Award as their father "felt very safe" in her care. The family was grateful for how Ali checked in on their father on multiple occasions, even when he was transferred to another unit, and her shift was over. They stated, "nothing I write can compare to the positive effect she had on my family. Ali touches the hearts of every patient and family member she cares for."
