Alison Garcia is a Registered Nurse that has been part of Summa Barberton since 2006. Alison obtained her medical-surgical certification and has become an invaluable resource to her peers. Alison goes out of her way to make each of her patients feel special, keeps them informed of their plan of care, and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to improve her patient's outcomes. She serves her patients with compassion and personalizes her care with each one of her patients. She is a shining example of what a Daisy Award Honoree should be.
