I wanted to personally write to you regarding the exemplary customer service and support my wife, and I had and continue to have from Alison. My wife was admitted to JW and underwent a craniotomy for a tumor. During that period of time and afterward, including even today Alison has been an absolute blessing. She has been extremely caring and attentive to our needs and requests. She has assisted us with each and every question we have and provided remarkable support to help us meet our needs during this delicate time. I do not believe it would be possible to provide a better experience than what she has provided. I would like to recommend Alison for whatever award you offer your employees for her outstanding contributions to my wife’s care, her attentiveness to our requests for assistance, and her impeccable, positive demeanor. She is a phenomenal employee who provides the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 55 years of life.
