I want to take this opportunity to inform you of the fantastic care that I have received from Alison Kusper while in your Banner Medical Center. I have been in your facility for approximately twelve days, and I have had numerous members of your staff caring for me. Most of your staff has done an excellent job providing care for me, but a couple of your nurses really stand out as being top-notch, professional individuals who strive to provide excellent medical care. Alison Kusper is one of those nurses that everyone should strive to emulate.

Alison always listens to what I have to say (I cannot speak, so I use a writing tablet to communicate) and ensures that my needs are taken care of. She always explains what she is doing and why and asks if I have any questions. She is never in a hurry to get on to another task, and always makes sure that I receive the proper medications on time. She is always professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Today it is rare to find hard-working dedicated employees like Alison Kusper in any business who genuinely care about their jobs and the patients'/customers' satisfaction. She sets the standard that other individuals should strive to emulate. Alison provides excellent service to patients in your facility.
