Alison supported me through one of my worst days as a nurse. We had a patient who had escaped the hospital, and she helped me navigate the situation. Without her, I would not have known or been able to correctly do my job. She stayed late to help me talk to the doctors, and she communicated directly with others to help navigate the situation, and she debriefed me about everything. Alison supports Craig Hospital so well and does it with grace and kindness. I cannot thank her enough for all she does for the nurses, patients, techs, RBTs, etc.
