Alison was nominated by her clinical manager. Alison receives positive feedback from family because she is a compassionate provider. She encouraged staff to donate money and in the end she raised $100 for the patients on our special observation unit. This money was used to purchase items to keep patients entertained, such as coloring books and puzzles. This was something that was above and beyond our expectations for nurses. These items have helped keep patients on our observation unit stimulated and entertained.
