Ali is not just a great nurse, she is a phenomenal one. She combines the technical aspect of nursing with the personal/human aspect. Ali truly explains to the patient and family what she is doing and why. She is a nurse, an informer, a teacher and a cheerleader-all at the same time. The beauty and compassion of her care cannot be put into words. I also appreciate the kindness , respect and open communication with the family. Not only does that ease our anxiety here at the hospital, but she educates us so we can better care for our dad once he is out of the hospital.
